Second Think-Tank-Meeting The Hague January 2012
This was the follow-up of the first Think-Tank-Meeting held in Göteborg, September 2011.

During this meeting we have had extensive, and extremely useful discussions about the ways in which to realize our intention of preparing and submitting an FP7 proposal allowing us to realize the planned Virtual Research Environment, interconnected to other online projects in our field.
In order to test the feasability we decided to have the benefit of the "pre-proposal service" offered by the FP7 scheme: having commented a brief outline of our plans. The comments we received (from The Hague and Brussels) were clear about our not enough corresponding to the call as formulated. Decision was then taken, end of February, to not submit for this specific call - considering that there will be other calls, more appropriate, in the future...
