Philosophe et historienne?

Abstract:

Two recent volumes (about XVIIth and XVIIIth-century Dutch philosophers (1) and about French female historians (2) gave occasion to discuss Belle de Zuylen in other qualities than that of a novelist, and to note that she evidently has a solid reputation in both fields.
