Choosing narrative developments or topoï



The frontier between fiction and "faction" is often a thin one. In fictional works authors may have meant to propose alternative solutions, that could also have been presented in the form of a pamphlet (for example). It is to be discussed whether this is more the case for female than for male authors. In order to provoke such discussions, this part of the site contains presentations of narrative choices which could be supposed influenced by the gender of the author:
