Writing women in Britain before c. 1900

Up to now the names of more than 400 English authors have been integrated into this database. They have not yet been studied in this context.

Note that the English speaking world has taken an important advance regarding the study of women’s writing and being read. Projects such as ours will have to follow the examples provided and to benefit of previous research outcome.

Therefore, we mention here some important links:
The Orlando Project,
Corvey Women Writers on the Web (CW3),
Celebration of Women Writers.
