E-conference
This part of the website is destined to E-conferencing on European Women’s Writing before 1900.
From May 11 to September 21 2007 a first electronic conference has been proposed, during which we hoped to receive information and comments, which would be useful to the preparation, going on at present, of a large international collaborative project.
We found out, however, that it is not easy to engage exterior participation in this form of virtual meeting. We continue internal discussion of this point, and invite all NEWW members to eventually propose suggestions. Other interested persons are suggested to take contact, or to visit the database WomenWriters, and check if it may be of any use to them.
