The year 1763



During this year two important works were published, for which immediate Dutch reception needs to be better known and analyzed: Lady Mary Wortley Montagu's Turkish Embassy Letters, and Belle de Zuylen's first "conte" Le Noble (of which the official publication date did not correspond to reality).
