During this meeting we have had extensive, and extremely useful discussions about the ways in which to realize our intention of preparing and submitting an FP7 proposal allowing us to have the planned Virtual Research Environment, interconnected to other online projects in our field.

In order to test the feasability we decided to have the benefit of the "pre-proposal service" offered by Brussels: receiving a comment about a brief outline of our plans. The comments we received (from The Hage and Brussels) were clear about our not enough corresponding to the call as formulated.
