Abstract

This paper will present the "Database Streng" (DAST), containing the whole novelistic production of the Netherlands in the nineteenth century, which in the future will be transformed in a new open access database called "Literature in Operation" (LION). The content and structure of DAST and the WomenWriters database will be compared, in order to find opportunities to connect them mutually.
