Celebrating our foremothers

NEWW conference:

Celebrating our foremothers: on the occasion of the centennial of Cláudia de Campos (1860-1916)

Continuing the tradition created within the NEWW network and the COST Action "Women Writers In History", our colleague Isabel Lousada plans organizing a conference on the occasion of the centennial of Cláudia de Campos.

This conference will be held at the National Library of Portugal on the November 24-26 2016.

All NEWW and other colleagues who

• would want to also commemorate women authors, or
  
• would want to discuss in a more general way the relationship between our writing foremothers and the present-day generation
